Privacy Policy.
How Opus Solutions collects, uses, and protects personal data belonging to clients, candidates, and site visitors. Last updated: July 16, 2026.
This Privacy Policy is issued by Blink Holdings USA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Opus Solutions ("Opus Solutions," "we," "us"), with a principal place of business at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. It explains how we handle personal data collected through opusolutions.com and in the course of providing recruitment, candidate sourcing, and personnel placement services.
1. Who This Applies To
This policy covers three groups: (a) Clients - companies that engage us to source, screen, and present candidates; (b) Candidates - individuals whose resume, profile, or identity we introduce to a Client for a potential role; and (c) Site visitors - anyone browsing opusolutions.com.
2. Information We Collect
- From Clients: company name, contact names, business email and phone, hiring requirements, and billing information.
- From Candidates: resumes, contact information, employment history, compensation expectations, and other details submitted or gathered during sourcing and screening.
- From site visitors: information submitted through contact or intake forms, and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically.
3. How We Use Candidate Data
Candidate personal data - resumes, contact information, and related profile details - is used solely to evaluate candidates for potential employment and to run the recruitment process on a Client's behalf. When we present a Presented Candidate to a Client, the Client is contractually required to use that data only for evaluating the candidate, and may not sell or distribute it to third parties. Once the recruitment process for a candidate is complete, or upon our request, Clients must securely delete or return the candidate's personal data unless retention is required by law.
4. How We Use Client Data
We use Client contact and company information to run searches, communicate about candidates and engagements, issue invoices, and manage the business relationship. We do not sell Client data to third parties.
5. Background and Reference Checks
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Clients are responsible for conducting and paying for background checks, credit checks, and reference checks on candidates, and for obtaining all legally required candidate consent before doing so. Opus Solutions does not perform these checks on the Client's behalf by default.
6. Data Security and Retention
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Both Opus Solutions and the Clients we work with agree to comply with applicable United States privacy and data protection laws in handling candidate personal data. We retain data for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Sharing of Information
We share candidate information with Clients strictly for the purpose of evaluating that candidate for a specific role. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations (e.g., invoicing, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law, court order, or to enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal data.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are a candidate and wish your resume or profile to be removed from consideration, notify us in writing and we will instruct any Client still holding that data to delete or return it, consistent with Section 3.
9. Cookies and Site Analytics
opusolutions.com may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some site functionality.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at working professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
